Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel if needed. We’ll provide all the equipment you need for the session.

Absolutely! Our certified trainers adapt exercises to suit all fitness levels, so whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll feel challenged and supported.

Monthly memberships include access to the Ferris Fitness App, meal tracking, custom calorie goals, 3D body scanning, exclusive online community perks, and, of course, your Small Group Training sessions.

You can cancel your class up to 12 hours in advance and receive your credit back to book another session. Unfortunately, cancellations made within the 12-hour window will result in a forfeited credit unless the cancellation falls under our policy exceptions (e.g., illness, family emergencies, etc.).

Our memberships are month-to-month, giving you flexibility without long-term contracts.
