For now, we’re starting with these four classes to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants. However, we’re open to adding more classes in the future based on demand and client needs. equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands.

Bring a reusable water bottle, comfy workout clothes, clean and comfortable shoes, and a compact microfiber towel. Grip socks are optional but helpful for Pilates.
