Story
Throughout most of my twenties I toured in a rock band. With that lifestyle came a very
unhealthy life of fast food, alcohol and cigarettes. I found myself extremely unhappy. Simple tasks such as walking up stairs, or going on a walk around a new city became very difficult. I decided I had to make a change! I found fitness and have never looked back. My whole
purpose in life now is to help educate and encourage others to turn their lives around one workout at a time.
