Membership Terms & Policies
At Ferris Fitness, we are committed to providing a structured and supportive environment to help you achieve your fitness goals. To ensure fairness and consistency for all members, we’ve outlined the following policies for our Semi-Private Memberships:
1. 3-Month Commitment
– All Semi-Private Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment to ensure clients have the time and support needed to see meaningful results.
– This commitment allows us to provide personalized programming and ensures consistent progress toward your goals.
2. No Pause Policy
– Memberships cannot be paused. Each membership reserves a consistent spot in our schedule, ensuring personalized attention and availability for all members.
– Consistency is key to achieving results, and this policy helps maintain a structured program for everyone.
3. 30-Day Cancellation Policy
– A 30-day written notice is required to cancel your membership.
– This policy ensures fairness and allows us to adjust schedules and open spots for other members.
4. Make-Up Sessions
– Members may schedule up to 2 make-up sessions per month for missed sessions.
– Make-up sessions must be used within the same month as the missed session and cannot be carried over.
5. Drop-In Option
– Flexible Drop-In sessions are available at $45/session for those who need more scheduling flexibility.
– Drop-Ins do not include:
– Fully customized programming.
– Full Nutrition Coaching (custom calorie goals, meal tracker, meal plans, etc.).
– Full access to the Ferris Fitness app.
– Drop-In spots are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Why These Policies?
These policies are designed to ensure fairness and consistency for all members while providing the structure needed to achieve results. They allow us to maintain the high standards you’ve come to expect from Ferris Fitness.
