On day one of your custom-made program, you'll meet the other members of your group and discover the personalized plan your trainer has crafted just for you. This introductory session is completely free, allowing you to experience the supportive community and expert guidance at Ferris Fitness.Semi-Private Training is a small-group training format with up to 4 people per session. Each member of the group has their own custom program designed specifically for their goals, 3D scan data, and any past injuries. This ensures a highly personalized experience while still enjoying the supportive energy of a small group. All sessions are led by certified trainers who provide expert guidance and motivation.

Each Semi-Private Training session is a 1-hour workout tailored specifically to your goals. Getting started is easy! Simply fill out our contact form or give us a call. We’ll chat with you about your goals and invite you in for a free 3D body scan and fitness consultation. Our Semi-Private Training sessions are available Monday to Thursday from 6 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 6 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 8 AM to 3 PM. We’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs.

Yes, our Semi-Private Training memberships require a 3-month commitment with a set day and time. This ensures you stay consistent, follow a fully customized program, and stay on the fast track to achieving your goals. For drop-ins, there’s no commitment required, but we can’t guarantee the specific time slot you want will be available.
We understand that life happens! We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, but we allow up to 2 make-up sessions each month. If you let us know in advance and have a good reason, we’re more than happy to reschedule your session to another time that works for you. However, if it’s a no-show without prior notice, we won’t be able to reschedule the class. Our goal is to keep you consistent and on track while being as accommodating as possible!
